DW hair and products are allowed to be returned or refunded within 14 days of delivery if the product has not been worn, damaged, or removed from the original packaging. • If you need to return, contact us via E-mail! Once your order has been approved for return and we have received the product we will either credit your account used for the original payment or ship out the replacement product- whichever was stated in the original email. • DW is not responsible for shipping for returns or exchanges. • There is a 10% restocking fee!!
